Vegan Chocolate Rice Crispy Cakes
Rice Crispy Cakes are a childhood favourite that will make everyone nostalgic in the best way possible. Although the OG Kellogg’s Rice Krispies are not vegan friendly, we love these vegan alternatives: Go-Free Rice Pops, Crownfield Rice Snaps, and Tesco-Free Rice Snacks.
Once you find your favourite vegan treats, mix them with rich golden syrup and vegan margarine. Cut them into squares, or bunny shapes, and top with one Mummy Meegz egg for added flavour and decoration.
If you’re a chocolate fanatic, you can even mix the rice crispies in your favourite oat-milk chocolate before mashing them together. And these are great to make with the kids.
