Want to whip up a quick sweet treat for some unexpected guests over Easter? This vegan Chocolate Mug Cake requires just a few simple ingredients, a mug and a microwave.

Combine dairy free milk, unsweetened cocoa powder, gluten-free flour, vegan chocolate chips, oil, baking soda, sea salt, vanilla extract, and sugar. Place it in the microwave and, voila, you’re good to go.
