Buckle in and take notes, ‘cause here comes the ultimate Vegan Fudge Recipe, a rich and gooey delight made with our iconic Chickee Eggs (aka the vegan mini eggs you’ve all been obsessed with).

• 370g vegan condensed milk
• 400g vegan white chocolate 
• 80g of crushed Mummy Meegz Chickee Eggs (the best mini Egg alternative) + a handful more for topping

1. Melt the condensed milk and vegan chocolate (bar or chips - your choice!) until smooth. Use the hob if you’re patient, or the microwave if you’d like a shortcut.
2.  Stir through the crushed Chickee Eggs. Want your vegan fudge silky white? Mix gently. If you’re after a swirly vegan milk chocolate UK-style look, mix a little more and watch the colour become darker.
3. Pour into a tin (banana bread tins work great), then scatter extra Chickee Eggs on top (the more vegan mini eggs, the better if you ask us…).
4. Freeze for at least 2 hours until set.
